1.  Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

• Our factory is located in Rongdong Industrial zone, Rongcheng District, Jieyang City, Guangdong China. 
• It's probably 20 mins driving from our local airport and highway. 

2.  Can I get free sample?
     Free sample is allowed with freight collect.

3.  My order can not reach the MQQ?
     Small quality order is allowed, well, more order quantity will help you save great much in cost of delivery. 

4.  Can you make my own design?
     Surely yes. We own a group of elite in design and photography, and have long-term relationship with mold-factory and of course we will provide you a competitive price in OEM/ODM any new product in very short time. 

5.  When will you deliver goods?
     Normally it takes 15 to 25 days after received your deposit.

6.  Do you deliver to destinations worldwide?
Our advice is to make delivery by sea, but we respect to your views of transportation as well.

7. How does your QC work?
We execute 5%-10% sample inspection. Products will need reworking in workshop if inspection fails. We stick to checking quantity, cartons, Packaging/markings,Product/Style/Color Appearance and Workmanship Measurement Data.
